KEY TO THE MUNICIPALITY
OF TECATE, BAJA CALIFORNIA

Presented by the outgoing administration to Charlie and Margaret Coval and to the volunteers who bring the 3 Kings to Tecate every year.

During 2007's September Golf Tournament fundraiser for the Christmas/Tres Reyes Train, Mayor and Mrs. Sandoval presented this open invitation to these demonstrated friends of the City together with their thanks for three wonderful years of collaboration to present the successful holiday event. Those attending sorely missed Charlie, who could not attend due to surgery. We begin to build relationships with the new Mayor, his wife and administration in November of 2007 for the 2008 Train's arrival on January 6.
